This range of conveyor or transmission chain is designed with fork-style link plate. The chain plates are firstly forged, then processed by drilling and milling machines, and finally connected together by pins. The forged fork link chain features simple structure, and high tensile strength.
With equal-strength design, this forged chain is able to ensure maximized service life of entire transmission or conveying system. As compared with other styles of transmission or conveyor chain with the same tensile strength and same pitch, our forged fork link chain comes with lighter weight.
To suit varied application demands, we can offer forged chains with pitch options between 101.6 and 200mm, and weight options between 9.8 and 12.9kg/m.
